Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Finisher medals are dispatched once your 104 miles have been logged and verified. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Flat-rate shipping of $9.00 on orders under $60.
• Free shipping on orders of $60 or more.
• Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days and may be subject to customs duties, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Unworn apparel in its original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 daysof delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll share return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Medals

Finisher medals are made to order and are non-refundable once produced, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
