These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Run SKN 104 Miles Challenge and your use of this website and store. By registering or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

The challenge is open to participants worldwide. Participants under 18 should take part with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Registration & Payment

Registration and store purchases are confirmed once payment is completed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are shown in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

The Challenge

• Log 104 miles your way (run, walk or jog) between the published challenge dates.
• You are responsible for tracking and honestly reporting your own mileage.
• We may adjust or verify results to maintain a fair leaderboard.
• Take part responsibly and within your physical ability.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring you are fit to do so. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Intellectual Property

The Run SKN name, logo, medal designs, and site content are our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run SKN is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the challenge or use of this site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
